Ethics Complaint
To preserve the integrity of our industry, UPSTAR looks into all reports of violations to the Code of Ethics. If you believe a REALTOR® member has violated a code of conduct subject to disciplinary action, you should report it to the Association. A complaint can be filed by a REALTOR® member or by a member of the public, and should be filed within 180 days of your knowledge of the violation or the conclusion of the transaction, whichever is later.
The guide, Before You File an Ethics Complaint, explains the ethics complaint process offered by the Association in accordance with the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics and Arbitration Manual.
For more information, please call 260.426.4700 and ask to speak with the Professional Standards Administrator. To report a potential ethics complaint, please complete the following preliminary complaint form.
