Local UPSTAR MLS Support
UPSTAR employs full-time staff to provide support to its subscribers. Support questions handled by the MLS staff include general how-to questions, reports of system-access problems, listing search issues, password retrievals, prospecting and more. To reach SentriLock support, call 1-877-736-8745 from 8am to 8pm EST every day (including weekends).
The automated “CARS” (Card Activation and Renewal System) is also available from the same phone number. If you forget to renew your SentriCard, it can be renewed via phone using a lockbox. The CARS system is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
