When you become a member of UPSTAR, you also become a member of the Indiana Association of REALTORS® (IAR) and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). As the world’s largest professional association, NAR has over 1.1 million members nationally. IAR, headquartered in Indianapolis, represents more than 19,000 REALTORS® statewide, and UPSTAR represents nearly 1,700 members locally. Together, NAR, IAR, and UPSTAR provide a forum for professional development, research, and the exchange of information among its members, and to the public and government for the purpose of preserving the free enterprise system and the right to own real property.
